We offer both ongoing therapy and focused EMDR intensives, depending on your needs, goals, and availability.

    • 60-minute sessions ($150) or 90-minute sessions ($225)

    • Weekly, twice-weekly, or twice-monthly options available

    • In-person (Richmond; with Ashley Gibson only) or virtual (Virginia; all clinicians)

    Best for:

    • Wanting to move through a specific issue more quickly

    • Limited availability for weekly therapy

    • Feeling “stuck” and ready for more focused work

    • Preparation and integration included

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults (ages 15+) navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and burnout. Many of my clients are high-achieving and deeply insightful, yet find themselves stuck in patterns that haven’t changed despite prior therapy. I specialize in children, families, and adults struggling with trauma, grief, and/or difficulties in their relationships. It has always been a passion of mine to work alongside people through their journey towards healing. Though that journey is difficult, I believe that the outcome and relief is worth it.
